Gilda’s Club Northern New Jersey appoints Theodore Kissel,
of Ramsey, to Board of Directors!

HACKENSACK, NJ – Theodore Kissel, of Ramsey – president, CEO and treasurer at UNITEMP Temporary Personnel, a 40-year-old short-term job staffing firm in northern New Jersey – was recently appointed to the board of directors at Gilda’s Club Northern New Jersey (Gilda’s Club NNJ).

“I am delighted to have the opportunity to help with the efforts of Gilda’s Club Northern New Jersey, and look forward to helping the non-profit realize its vision of creating a comfortable environment where no one has to face cancer alone,” said Kissel, a certified staffing professional.

Gilda’s Club NNJ – a nonprofit based in Hackensack – offers social and emotional support services, free of charge, to all men, women, teenagers and children who are touched by cancer. Named for the late comedian Gilda Rader of Saturday Night Live, the clubhouse offers lectures, workshops, social events and support groups.

“We are pleased to further strengthen our board with the addition of Theodore Kissel,” said Ruth Dugan, board president of Gilda’s Club. “He brings a wealth of industry experience that will surely help further Gilda’s mission.”

Kissel received a bachelor’s degree in business from Marist College. He presently serves on the board of directors for the Commerce & Industry Association of New Jersey as well as the Bergen Community College Meadowlands Campus Advisory Board .
