One of the most wonderful things about Gilda’s Club is that it is completely free of charge.“Completely free of charge” means that the Clubhouse and the all of the activities are free to members, but of course there is a cost associated with providing the program. Membership costs the organization approximately $1,000 a year per member.

Please consider underwriting the cost for one member for the next year or giving whatever you can. Every gift truly makes a difference.  Cancer knows no boundaries. It will most likely affect all of us in some way in our lifetime – knowing that the Gilda’s Club Red Door is open means so much to the members.

Gilda’s Club Northern New Jersey is a free cancer support community where men, women and children living with all types of cancer, and their families and friends, come together for emotional and social support as an adjunct to medical care.  

Membership in Gilda’s Club is free of charge to people living with cancer. Gilda's Club is a not-for-profit organization supported by donations from individuals, corporations and foundations. In order to sustain our unique program, Gilda’s Club Board members, staff and volunteers work hard to build a financial foundation that allows us to offer our free program to members. In keeping with our philosophy of a free program, Gilda’s Club Northern New Jersey will not solicit our membership for donations if they do not wish to be, however we welcome donations from members, as well as overall help in our fundraising efforts, if they are so inclined.
